Dale began his ministry at Living Hope Wesleyan Church in 2002. Previously, he served on the senior staff of the
Christian Medical & Dental Associations in Bristol, Tennessee.
Prior to his ministry with CMDA, Dale had served for thirty years in pastoral ministries
and missions, including four years in Central America. While pastoring in Indiana, he was an adjunct professor in the
Religion Department at Indiana Wesleyan University.
He did his undergraduate work at Vennard College, completed a master's degree and doctoral residency program at Michigan
State University and received a doctorate from Trinity Theological Seminary.
Dale and his wife, Jan, have three married children. Angie and her husband, Justin, have three children: Ashley, Kylee, Zachary;
April and her husband, Mike, have two children: Audrey and Avery; and Chris and his wife, Kara, have a son named Max.

Brenda joined the Living Hope staff as youth pastor in 2007 and serves half time. She is responsible for giving spiritual
guidance to a growing group of teens in middle and high school.
In addition to her responsibilities at Living Hope, Brenda is a counselor at Keys
to Living, a Christian counseling center in Cedar Rapids, where she does individual, marital, and family counseling. Her
specialty is adolescents. Previously, she had worked at the South Central Human Service Center in Jamestown, North Dakota.
Brenda is a 1999 graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, where she
received a bachelor of social work degree. She then received a master of social work degree from the University of North
Dakota in 2001. |
